  I loved the dentist and the staff, but I was with them less than one year and was billed for services on three separate occasions after being told were covered by my insurance. They gave me a form (that I signed) that stated I owed nothing out of pocket at the time of service, then months later I would get a bill. I disputed the last bill and they threatened to send me to creditors if I did not pay. If you decide to use their services, be very careful with insurance coverage. They are not always honest about what is covered and what is not...and they expect you to pay regardless.
