  I would say this place is decent. I have an apartment that isn't remodeled. The remodeled ones are nice. It's safe, noise levels are low, but we can still hear our neighbor screaming at times, the walls are thin. But, the place is good to live in. There is issues that lead to this low rating.. THERE IS NO PARKING!!!!! If you are not here before 4pm you are out of luck! If you come from work late at night it takes about two hours to find parking. All that gas that goes to waste and time. People are becoming aggressive. I have pleaded the apartment management to give me a solution in regards to parking, but they can not find one for me. We had given them several possible solutions to fix this matter in a letter I had previously sent. Apartment management called us and said they claim to have tried our solution and were unsuccessful. They said there nothing else to be done , so we are on our own. They also had the audacity to blame us for having 4 vehicles when they were aware that we had 4 cars when signing the lease, and said it was okay (they even gave us resident stickers for each vehicle) Mostly everyone has more than 1 vehicle, they accused us of having the most vehicles in this apartment when in fact I recall a conversation when they stated other neighbors actually had 5 vehicles. They tend to be contradicting. If it wasn't for this parking dilemma. I would recommend this place.
