  Great service. Don't be quick to judge the person over the counter because of their image. The place may need a little touching up but they value their customers who continue to go back for their quick & reliable service. I get all my parts here and will continue to do so.

  Honestly is the worse company as of now.
  I bought a A/C kit with parts authority less than a year ago it had life warranty I talked to Hugo I did let him know I didn't have my receipt and honestly I wouldn't go waste my time if he had told me from the beginning the compressor wasn't gonna a get exchange, just took the part and they didn't exchange it and I bought it again wasting more than 200dlls again ridiculous bad costumer service starting with the Manager Edward, and its not even funny them making fun of a customer obviously they know its there part the box says even 2year warranty not even a year and I can't get it exchange I find it really ridiculous, from this company bad costumer service and not a good deal they can't find it in the system. That's all I received from them

  I love the customer service here although they get very busy i am always satisifed with the person who helps me prices are fair and parts are pretty good quality
